Crunchy, finger-sized and juicy plant-based chicken burgers.
INGREDIENTS
- NOT™️ Chicken Nuggets (1 pack)
- NOT™️ Cheddar Cheese Slices (1 pack)
- Ketchup
- Vegan Mayonnaise (we recommend that of Dixie Mills)
- 1 cup of lettuce
- Optional: caramelized onions
- Small bite-sized bread (order online from Dukes)
Instructions
- Cut the mini bread into two equal-sized patties
- Air fry your NOT™️ Chicken Nuggets for 12 – 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
- Wash your lettuce with vinegar and cut it into small pieces
- Spread vegan mayonnaise and ketchup on your bread
- Cut square-shaped sizes of your NOT™️ Cheddar Slices
- Layer the nuggets with caramelized onions, lettuce and cheddar between the bread and enjoy!
