NOT™️ Mozzarella and Pesto Sandwich

A classic pairing but plant-based with the same great taste and mozzarella that still melts and stretches.

INGREDIENTS

  • NOT Mozzarella (shredded)
  • Italian bread or sourdough
  • Fresh basil pesto
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Chips / Salad for the sides (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread the pesto on one side of the bread then top with some NOT Mozzarella
  2. Top with some sun-dried tomatoes
  3. Close the sandwich and press firmly on the top
  4. Heat about half a teaspoon of olive oil in a medium skillet
  5. Place sandwich in the skillet and on each side for 3 minutes
  6. Bon Appétit!
